Have been going here a fantastic place to take your pet wonderful and caring people. My dog is 16 and deaf and blind but his nose still works pretty good, he is very nervous of anything in front of him but Dr Haeflinger was so good with him and explained everything that was going on in English. Worth every penny I spent. The front end staff were also great people to deal with, friendly and helpful. From her amazing front desk staff to everyone in the back we always receive amazing care. From my 'normal' animals to my high medical needs one, everyone gets amazing care. The team listens, trouble shoots and thankfully never fat shames my chonky cat (we know she's chunky). Quick results from tests, reasonable treatment plans to move forward. Quick appointments when it's needed (even in an emergency on 3 mins notice 15 mins before closing time).
